Data Safety & Account Deletion

At PawMimo, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, in compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store developer policies.

4. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account and data deletion using either of the two methods below:

Method A: Inside the PawMimo App (Recommended)

This is the fastest and most secure way to delete your account. It verifies your identity automatically:

  1. Open the PawMimo app on your mobile device.
  2. Ensure you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.
  3. Navigate to the Settings screen (accessible via the profile or gear icon).
  4. Tap on Account Settings or Edit Profile.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  6. Confirm your choice by completing the on-screen prompt. Your account and cloud data will be immediately queued for deletion.

Method B: Request Deletion Online

If you have already uninstalled the PawMimo app, or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion using the interactive form below. This will format a pre-filled deletion request email to send to our support team at hello.pawmimo@gmail.com.

5. Processing Time

Requests made via the online form or direct email will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. We may contact you to verify your identity before final deletion is performed to prevent unauthorized requests.
