1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using PawMimo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About PawMimo

PawMimo helps users record and organize pet profiles, photos, vaccination records, allergies, illness history, food information, quality-of-life surveys, breed-related guidance, and other pet care information.

3. Not Veterinary or Emergency Advice

PawMimo is an information management tool only. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, medical advice, or professional consultation. Breed information, quality-of-life notes, reminders, and health guidance are general information and may not apply to every pet.

If your pet may be sick, injured, poisoned, in distress, or experiencing an emergency, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years old, or the age required by applicable law to enter into these Terms, to create an account and use PawMimo. By using PawMimo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Account and Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and device secure.
• You must not use another person's account without permission.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. User Content and Pet Records

You remain responsible for pet information, photos, health records, and other content you add to PawMimo. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or store that content.

You grant PawMimo a limited permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PawMimo, including by:

• uploading illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content;
• attempting to access, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its systems;
• using PawMimo to violate another person's privacy or rights;
• submitting false, misleading, or harmful information.

8. Purchases and Paid Features

PawMimo may offer paid features, such as additional pet profile slots or other premium functionality. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store and are subject to that store's payment, refund, and subscription rules.

Unless required by law or store policy, purchases may be non-refundable after they are completed.

If Apple App Store or Google Play confirms a refund for an additional paid pet profile slot, PawMimo will revoke that slot within 24 hours.

When a refunded slot is revoked, PawMimo applies a Last In, First Out (LIFO) lock: the most recently created pet profile is locked first until you delete profiles to return within your available slot limit or purchase another slot.

9. Third-Party Services

PawMimo may use third-party services such as authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, analytics, app stores, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Account Deletion and Data

You may request account deletion through the app where available. Some local-only data may be deleted immediately from your device, while cloud account data may be scheduled for deletion according to the app's deletion flow, legal requirements, and technical backup limitations. 11. App Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of PawMimo at any time. We may also change features, limits, or requirements to improve the app, maintain security, comply with law, or support business operations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

PawMimo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific pet health decision.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obvious Technology and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of the app.

14. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of PawMimo, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or another appropriate channel. Continued use of PawMimo after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
